Ybor USPS Distribution Center - The Bermuda Triangle of Packages
Where is my package? Why hasn't the tracking been updated? Is it ever going to be delivered? These are phrases that echo around Temple Terrace and beyond. Google holds a plethora of unsatisfied customers who just want their mail but it seems to be stuck in limbo. The common thread between all of these missing packages is the Ybor City USPS Distribution Center. My package contained wax melts from one of my favorite retailers on TikTok. I had received the other package that had come from the same retailer and had mailed out a day later than the missing package. November 16th was the last update that stated that it was "In Transit - Moving through the system". Unfortunately for me this status update is the kiss of death for packages if it appears for more than a day. I live roughly 15 minutes from the distribution center and my packages generally make it to my local post office the same day it arrives in Ybor. Not this one.
